Luirelle acts as your private consignment concierge. You retain ownership of your piece throughout, while we manage the practical work of selling it well.

Enquiry & valuation
Submit your piece through our concierge form with photographs and any provenance. We respond within one business day with an indicative valuation and next steps.

Consignment agreement
Once you choose to proceed, we issue a written consignment agreement setting out the agreed commission, minimum sale price, expected timeline and terms of handling.

Intake & preparation
Your item is collected or delivered under insured, secure handling. We prepare it for sale with professional photography and a written condition report.

Listing & sale
We list your piece on the most suitable luxury marketplaces, manage all buyer enquiries and negotiations, and oversee the sale end-to-end on your behalf.

Payout
Once the sale completes and funds clear, your net proceeds are transferred to you in accordance with the agreed terms, alongside a clear statement of account.
